"There is no solution for civilization or even the human race, other than the creation of world government."

Memorandum on World Government

  1. Humanity is One

This is the a priori given basis of the World Government outlined in this Memorandum. The recognition of the unity and solidarity of mankind follows from the correct application of the scientific or unitive approach to the problems of humanity. Just as a belief in many gods is incorrect, so when humanity is considered relativistically as consisting of closed groups, however big, or justified in the name of power or practicability, such a view violates the first and fundamental principle of the indivisible unity of Man. Humanity is one by its common origin, one in its common interests and motives of happiness here on earth in everyday living, and one in its relation to the aspirations and ideals which bind human beings together by bonds of sympathy for each other. A Unitive and Absolute Value is at the basis of human life. This High Human Value knows no frontier either actual or ideological. It makes no discrimination between rich or poor, high or low, civilized or backward. Sympathy for suffering and indignation against injustice to fellow men transcends time and clime, and reaches out evenly or pointedly, as the case may deserve, to the uttermost recesses of the one world which man inhabits. click here for detail

POSITION PAPER 1978 - U.N. vs. World Government

"Never before has it been so important to find a solution to the problem of substituting law for force in international affairs. It is almost a cliche to say that our very existence depends on finding a solution and finding it soon - but if this is a cliche it is also a frightening truth. - U Thant, Secretary General, United Nations, 1963 "

1. Historical Background

The author fought with the Allies in World War II from the ruins and
idealism of which came the present United Nations. His right to take
an active role in the personal issue of world peace may be said to be
categorical and sovereign. The same may be said of all combatants
from whichever "side." To have been intimately involved with world
war and not to play a dynamic part in world peace is to have fought
in vain. Worse, it is a betrayal of one's brothers who died in battle
and of the wives, mothers, sons and daughters whose deaths testify
to the totality of 20th century war. click for detail

Countries that have accepted the WSA Passport

The following is a list of countries which, on at least one occasion, have recognized the WSA passport on a "de facto" basis, by stamping a national visa and/or entry/exit stamp. Countries in CAPITAL letters indicate "de jure" or official recognition of the WSA passport. WSA requests travellers to send photocopies of visa/entry stamps to the Washington, DC office for our records. This list is current as of July 2008.
